OraCheck is a small console Utility,
which can be used to find out the Version
of the Oracle Client of a Remote PC in your
Network.
That could be very useful, if you upgrade your
Oracle Database Server to an new Version.
Then you have to upgrade the Clients too.
The Tool is started with OraCheck.exe IPNAME.
If successful, it returns the Version Number of the Oracle Client of the PC. The Output can be redirected to an Textfile. So it can be easily used in Batchjobs.
It can scan Windows NT/2000/XP Pro/Server and is tested with Oracle Client Versions 7-9.
You can download it from here.
