LookAway is a small utility to warn computer users that they need to look away from the screen from time to time. Health studies indicate eye-strain can be caused if people look at the screen constantly for more than 20 minutes.

To relieve this strain, it is necessary to have a break from it, even if only for a few seconds. Ideally, the person should try to focus on something in the distance.
